Shipping
- We ship to U.S. addresses only.
- Orders ship from our fulfillment partner, usually within 3–7 business days.
- Packaging may differ, and parts may arrive in more than one box.
- No shipping charge is added at checkout.
- You'll get a Stripe receipt by email right after you order.
Returns
- Return unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
- There's no restocking fee.
- You pay return shipping unless the item is defective.
- To start a return, send us a note through the contact form with your order email, and we'll reply with return instructions.
Damaged or defective items
- If something arrives damaged, let us know through the quote/contact form within 7 days of delivery. A photo helps.
- Defective items can be returned at no cost to you. Devices also carry their manufacturer's warranty.
