Do you need a key to my home?+
Not necessarily. I offer several access options — a lockbox you control, exterior-only visits with no entry, or a temporary smart lock code that expires after my visit. You choose what you are comfortable with.
Will my HOA have a problem with your service?+
Most HOA communities welcome professional home watch services. I work within your community's visitor guidelines and can register as an approved vendor with your HOA upon request. Let me know your community and we will find a solution.
How do I know you are trustworthy?+
I am happy to share a current background check report on request. I also held a U.S. Department of Defense security clearance — a process requiring extensive personal vetting and ongoing integrity standards. Every visit is fully documented with timestamped photos.
What happens if you find damage or a problem?+
I contact you directly by phone or text as soon as I find anything concerning. I send photos immediately, give you my honest assessment, and if you would like, I can coordinate with a trusted local vendor to address the issue on your behalf.
Do you provide a service agreement?+
Yes. Every client receives a simple, plain-English service agreement outlining exactly what I do on each visit, how I communicate, and what happens if an issue is found. Clear expectations from day one.
What areas of Martin County do you cover?+
I serve all of Martin County — Stuart, Palm City, Hobe Sound, Sewalls Point, Jensen Beach, Indiantown, and surrounding communities. I live and work from home in Stuart full-time so I am always close by.
Can I cancel or pause my plan at any time?+
Absolutely. There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel, pause, or change your plan at any time with no fees or penalties. I want you to feel comfortable — not locked in.
What do the photo reports look like?+
After every visit I send you a clear, organized email with timestamped photos of the interior, exterior, and any areas of concern, plus a short written summary. No app to download — just a straightforward email you can open from anywhere.
Do you check my home before and after hurricanes?+
Yes — storm response is one of the most important things I offer. Before a storm I secure outdoor items and document your property's condition. After it passes I return as soon as it is safe for a full ground-level and drone aerial assessment. You hear from me personally — same day.
How is this different from asking a neighbor to check in?+
A neighbor means well but is not trained to spot early signs of water damage, mold, AC failure, or plumbing leaks. I follow a detailed checklist, document everything with photos, and carry the accountability of a professional service — your neighbor does not.
