Port Salerno is a short drive south of our base in Stuart. It's an old fishing village around the Manatee Pocket, with a working waterfront, a lot of boat owners, and a mix of older cottages and newer gated communities. Every one of those homes needs watching a little differently.

A lot of Port Salerno homes sit close to the Manatee Pocket and the St. Lucie Inlet, and the low spots near the water can hold water after heavy summer rain. On a Port Salerno visit we walk the yard and foundation for standing water, check garage and patio door thresholds, and look at anything stored at ground level.
Many Port Salerno owners are boaters, and many homes here are older Florida cottages and ranches with original plumbing and older roofs. Inside, we look closely at supply lines, the water heater, under-sink cabinets and ceilings — the places where a slow leak shows up first. Outside, we check the roof edges, soffits and screens after every storm.
In the gated communities south of Stuart, we follow your HOA's vendor rules and register as an approved vendor if needed. Either way, you get the same photo report after every visit, so you can see your home without flying back.

Yes. Port Salerno, the Cove Road and Salerno Road areas, and the gated communities in between are all part of our regular Martin County area.
Our visits cover your home and property. If you have a dock or lift at the house, we photograph it on every visit; repairs go to your marine contractor.
Once roads are safe we check your home, photograph the roof, windows, lanai and interior ceilings, and send you the report so you know right away whether to call your insurer.
