What we collect
- Forms on this site: what you type in, such as your name, email, optional phone number, property town or community, preferred visit date and your message. We also record which page the form was sent from and, if present, the campaign tags in the link you followed (for example utm_source) and the website that referred you, so we know which pages and posts are useful.
- Checkout: payments are handled by Stripe. Stripe collects your card details; we never see or store your full card number. We receive your name, email, phone, shipping or property address and order details so we can fulfill your order or plan.
- Clients: property details, access instructions, emergency contacts and the photos and notes in your visit reports, so we can do the job you hired us for.
How we use it
- To reply to you, give you a quote, schedule visits, send visit reports and handle orders, returns and billing.
- If you download the checklist, we may email you that checklist and occasional seasonal home tips. You can ask us to stop at any time.
- We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't use third-party advertising trackers on this site.
Who else handles it
- Netlify hosts this site and stores form submissions.
- Stripe processes payments.
- Zoho Mail handles our business email.
- For kit orders, your shipping address is shared with the retailer or fulfillment partner that ships your items.
- We may share information if the law requires it, or with a vendor you approve (for example a plumber we let into your home).
Keys, codes and access details
Keys and access codes are kept secured and are used only for your scheduled visits and emergencies you've approved. They're returned or deleted when service ends.
Your choices
Email hello@homewatchtreasurecoast.com to see, correct or delete what we have about you, or to stop tips by email. Records we must keep for taxes or payments are kept only as long as required.
