Jensen Beach sits right in the middle of our service area, so we're never far away. Whether your property is on Hutchinson Island, in a waterfront community, or tucked into a quiet Jensen Beach neighborhood, we visit in person and document everything so you never miss a thing.
Serving Jensen Beach and all of Martin County, with visits booking now for the 2026–27 season.
Jensen Beach has two very different kinds of homes to watch: single-family homes along the Indian River Lagoon and inland, and the condos and villas out on Hutchinson Island along A1A. For condos, home watch means checking for slow leaks from the unit above (or into the unit below), testing that balcony sliders and hurricane shutters close properly, and keeping the A/C and humidity in range.
Older Jensen Beach neighborhoods along Indian River Drive and near downtown have mature trees and older plumbing. We pay extra attention there to supply lines, water heaters and the ceiling stains that are often the first sign of a roof leak.
Salt air near the lagoon and the beach is hard on everything: A/C condensers, sliding door tracks, light fixtures and screen hardware corrode faster than inland. We photograph the condenser and exterior hardware on each visit so you can see wear before it fails.

Every visit starts with our standard interior and exterior walkthrough. On top of that, these are the things we watch most closely in Jensen Beach, because they're how homes near the Indian River Lagoon tend to fail when nobody is home:
Every visit ends with a dated photo report sent to you the same day.
If you own a condo or villa in Jensen Beach or out on the island, the association's staff look after the hallways, roof and grounds. They don't usually come inside your unit, and that's where most expensive problems start: a supply line under a sink, a water heater, or an A/C drain that backs up. In a condo, a leak rarely stays in one unit, so it pays to catch it on day one, not week six.
Many associations also have rules for owners who are away: shutting off water, closing shutters for the season, clearing balconies, or naming a local contact who can get into the unit in an emergency. With your permission we can be that local contact, follow your building's sign-in and vendor rules, and send you photos whenever we're inside.
Since 2022, Florida has required milestone structural inspections and reserve studies for many older condo buildings, so a lot of associations are scheduling concrete, balcony and window work. When contractors are working in your building, we can check your unit before and after and photograph what we find.
In Jensen Beach's 55+ and manufactured-home communities, neighbors often keep an eye on the street. We go inside, which is the part neighbors can't do. Read more on home watch vs. a helpful neighbor.
Before a named storm, Standard and Premium clients get a prep visit: patio furniture and loose items brought in, shutters checked, and baseline photos taken so there's a clear before-and-after for your insurer. After the storm passes, we come back as soon as roads (and the Jensen Beach Causeway, if you're on the island) are safe and open, and send photos of the roof line, windows, lanai, ceilings and any standing water.
Hurricane season runs June 1 to November 30. See how our hurricane home watch works, read what happens to an empty Florida home during hurricane season, or add the Smart Protection Kit for leak and humidity alerts between visits.
