Indiantown is Martin County's western village, out along State Road 76 and the St. Lucie Canal toward Lake Okeechobee. It's about a half-hour drive from our base in Stuart, so we plan Indiantown visits on set days to keep them reliable.
Serving Indiantown and all of Martin County, with visits booking now for the 2026–27 season.
Indiantown properties are different from the coast: more acreage, more trees, and many homes on private wells and septic systems. On a visit we check that the well pump and pressure tank are behaving (no short-cycling, no water around the tank), look for wet spots over the septic area, and walk fence lines and outbuildings as well as the house.
Western Martin County gets the same summer storms as the coast, plus more wildlife looking for shelter in an empty house or barn. We check doors, screens, soffits and the garage for signs of entry, and note any downed limbs or fence damage after a storm.
Indiantown also has seasonal residents — winter boaters around the marina on the Okeechobee Waterway and owners who are only here part of the year. Whatever your reason for being away, you get the same timestamped photo report after every visit.
